This violates the laws regarding copyrights. Still, if you own an original game, the case may be different as there has been no case of a person getting into legal trouble in such a case. If a huge issue arises then the person is under speculations to be behind the bars and get into legal trouble. However, a user should never indulge in activities like downloading emulators and games and selling them.
